FAQ’s

Do I need singing experience?
Not at all. The Check-In meets you exactly where you are, whether you've sung for years or are just getting curious about your voice.

Is this for singing or speaking?
Both! We'll focus on whichever matters most to you, or a combination.

What should I bring?
Water, comfortable clothing, and a song or short passage you'd like to explore (optional).

How is this different from a lesson?
The Check-In is a comprehensive evaluation with a written plan, recordings, and a built-in follow-up, giving you a clear 90-day roadmap for your voice and artistry.

What happens after?
You're welcome to continue on your own with your practice plan or book ongoing lessons.

What's your cancellation policy?
NYC sessions (November 21 to 24): Please provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you're feeling under the weather or need to rest your voice, we can shift your session to a no-sing session via Google Meet, where we'll focus on your voice history, goals, artistry, and practice plan.

Online and Boise in-person sessions: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
